This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Friend Masti Toys (operated by JP Enterprise) processes, ships and delivers orders placed on this website.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of a successful payment, excluding Sundays and public holidays. You will receive an order confirmation after checkout, and we will notify you once your order ships.

Delivery timelines

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and the courier network. Remote or non-serviceable pincodes may take longer. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping charges

• Orders of ₹1,500 and above ship free.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below that amount. The exact shipping charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping locations

We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Tracking your order

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as courier disruptions, weather, strikes or incorrect/incomplete address details provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate.
